A while ago we announced a remix competition for Smash My Disco by Wasted Basterds. On that competition your remix can win a place on the EP. At first I thought the boys of Trashing Teenagers were like competing, but with some logic thinking (and one of them correcting me) I can tell you that their remix is an official one .Trashing Teenagers uploaded a small preview of their remix a couple days ago on soundcloud, and ow yes I'm already convinced. Hope they'll upload a longer preview soon.
Is it just me, or do the these epic trashy EP's just keep coming? We received an email from Trash De Disco records 2 days ago with a kind request to promote the new EP from Freak Slaughter, so that's what I'll do. It's a dark and trashy EP with remixes by SNOB Electro Sounds , Noize Invaderz and more. I'm not going to choose a favorite, just because I like them all.

I'll start with Trashing Teenagers, those 2 bastards seem to get better and better every minute! I have a downloadable original, which must be one of the most distorted tracks ever made. Don't let your parents hear this, or you'll get sent straight to the psychatric hospital for "thinking noise is music". So, only listen when you're able to put the volume at its fullest!
I could basically throw all their remixes in, but after a few listens the one they made for Haezer turned out to be my favorite. Check their other remixes on their Soundcloud!

After Trashing Teenagers, even guys like Krftkds and Trashthis sound like some sort of classical componist when compared at heavyness. But that's probably just my ears who are happy to get some rest. This track will be able to please a greater amount of people, but the real trash lovers have found one of their new Gods in the teenagers. Don't get fooled - this still is way too heavy for your mom!
Every summer, there are overplayed songs that I sort of liked in the beginning, but that irritate me after I hear it played by dj's. Other tracks, like "we no speak americano", have been a pain in the ass for me from the very first that I heard them. "One", from the Swedish house mafia is a song that fits in category 2 - I never saw what was so special about it. But if a guy named Rocco Rampino, aka Congorock, remixes it... You can never know what to expect! The overall feeling of the track can be compared to his own masterpiece "Babylon".

Modek has been really busy the last few months, with remixes for Nadisko, Rave Our Souls, The Oddword, Serial Chillers,... and his own "Mumps" Ep which was released on Kiez Beats (Check all Modek's productions here). To promote all that stuff, he decided to give away a track, called "Pink". It has a fat bass, big bleeps, and the crushed sound that we've all come to love as "trash".
Ado is giving away his remix for Modek's "Mumps" away for free, it's slightly less distorted then his original tracks. But you'd be mad if you let this one slip through your fingers, Ado is still sick! Whatever he says in his titles, don't get yourself fooled! His debut Ep will drop somewhere in september, so we'll keep you posted about that.

My favorite of the whole package is "Supernova", but their unfinished tracks sound very promising too! Their track on Basserk's Some tunes 4 compilation (Freakz on 66) was very noisy too, it might even be the trashiest thing on that cd... Buy that release on beatport here!
Going out to a club you've never been before, and once you're arrived you think: What a fkn crappy club! Then the only thing that can make your night is some hard, rawing, trashing, destroying electro music.
Turn the volume up to its maxium, full blast, and raavveee! And at the end of the night, it was one of the best parties you've ever been to. Underground at its best! LOVE IT!

Starting with KRFTKDS, coming from the USA (California, LA). I couldn't find many information about them. But based on their myspace they started in 2008 and they haven't got a label yet. Have a listen, and let the music control your body.
And talking about Belgium: for me Gtronic is the one of the best DJs who can turn a crappy club into a crashing party like I described at the top of my post.
Its a project of three friends who share the passion for crazy sounds and heavy basses, established in 2009.
