Last post... of the year.

On the last day of the year, I thought you would definitely be in for a party, so I will give you some random party tunes. Some new, some old, but all bangers! Make sure you get drunk tonight, and have a good time! Watch out for the fireworks though, you don't want to end up like the poor guy in the pic!

Soda 'n' Suds - We do it again (Gtronic remix)

The phantom's revenge - When Mr. Hyde killed Dr. Jekyll

Robyn - Cobrastyle (the Bloody beetroots remix)

Boys Noize & Erol Alkan - Death suite (Bobermann remix)

I don't know how old this one is, I definitely heard it at a lot of parties, so it's probably a little older. Dj Rob 3 is probably better known to you as Rob Threezy, an american electro/house producer.

Dj Rob 3 - The chase

Rob Threezy based his awesome song on the 90's classic "The Vamp" by outlander, so why not give you this one too?

Outlander - The vamp

And the last one for now: Lektrobeerz, another upcoming Belgian Dj-duo, gave us their latest track. To me, it sounds a bit like the two previous tracks I gave you. Weird!

Lektrobeerz - Frost

Iron man & the new Proxy!

A little while ago, we gave you some tracks from Gtronic's "Iron man" Ep, and now Stereoheroes gave us their remix of this amazing track. They added some vocals to it, this gives the song a whole new face. Consider it a (belated) Christmas gift from them! If you want to buy the whole Ep in 320 versions, it's available on beatport.

Gtronic - Iron Man (Stereoheroes remix)

Vecho is another great Belgian electro project, their tracks are bombin'! The "Waters of Nazareth" remix starts so fucking hard and loud, I almost couldn't believe my ears! Same story for the "Rombo" remix. I thought the originals couldn't be harder, but Vecho has proven me wrong. They also remixed the militaristic fairytale called "8000", and this remix got me headbanging from the first second. Vecho's sound can be described as typical Proxy noise, I'm really loving it.

The Bloody Beetroots - Rombo ( Vecho remix)
Justice - Waters of Nazareth (Vecho remix)
Proxy - 8000 (Vecho remix)

Lots of talk and tunes, lack of pics

I've been searching the internet today to give you some tunes, and I think I have succeeded!
The first one is a track from Huoratron, "Gbay". Typical Huoratron shit, scary, screeching, sawing, soul-sucking electro!

Huoratron - Gbay

This one is a fidget song, a genre that has been pushed a bit to much to the background on this blog. Typical jackin basslines, looped vocals, everything's there to get you dancin.

Tjr - Booty move

Remember what I said about P2t getting big? Check this latest remix by The Killer Rabbits for their track "jump", trashy, ravey, it has it all! That description fits perfectly for the second remix that I'm giving you, the remix by The Third.

P2t - Jump (The Killer Rabbits remix)
P2t - Jump (The third remix)

And a last one, these guys don't need an introduction anymore I think....
The Disco Villains! Their next Ep will be remixed by Gigi Barocco, so keep your eyes and ears wide open for that!

The Futureflashes - Get Down the funk (Disco Villains remix)

And the last one, also a fidget, jackin tune:

Paul Anthony - Let me Bang (Figure remix)

Jingle Bells

I was looking for some gifts to share with our dearest readers, but wasn't able to get my hands on some awesome bangers. I did found one though, a remix for Jingle Bells by our favourite Aussies, Trumpdisco!

Jingle bells - Trumpdisco

Something a little softer: Netsky remixed Mike Snow's "Black and Blue", this one's Drum & bass orientated, no trashy shit in this one!

Mike Snow - Black and Blue (Netsky remix)

Help!!!!!!

Help Gtronic! By clicking on these songs below, you can give him a chance to become the artist who made 2009's best dance track! The voting system is kind of lame, you can't just vote for a song, you always have to pick one out of two. Keep on doing this until you meet Gtronic's Iron Man (currently on place 18 out of 100), and make us proud! By the way, you can cast an unlimited amount of votes.

Vote, vote, vote!

Edit: Gtronic is currently at the first place, keep those votes coming!

EDIT: Gtronic ended up being at place 48, with a total Of 920 votes. Our blog had the most amount of votes of all the placed voting machines (after the site itself).

Young Nutz Skreaming for Petr

Young Nutz (WoNK & diXXie) had a really crazy year already, and with this post I want you guys to know just how crazy it was. Their sound can be described as fidget, Wobbly bass (reminds me of Jack Beats sometimes) and some rave-esque elements. Here are some of their best trasks, enjoy your Christmas Eve even more with those songs!

Young Nutz - Helped Myself
Young Nutz - Insomniacz (inspired by Faithless)
Young Nutz - Jack Got Nutz (Inspired by Jack Beats)
Young Nutz - Mixed Nutz-mas (a little mixtape)

Petr Passive is another artist from Basserk records who is making that typical screeching electro, like Ado!, P2t, Bronstibock,... This doesn't gets you jumping, it makes you "Skream" for your mammy!

Petr Passive - Skreamerr

From the piano, to the rave parties... Good boy!

Today he's only 19 years old, but it all started by playing the piano at the age of 5, and at the age of 15 he began composing music under the name"Dirty Disco Youth". In the meantime he also played the guitar bass and the drums.

So.. When he was 15, he went to an electro party and that is the reason he nowadays produces awesome tracks! These productions found and still find their way through the internet.

In 2007 (2 years later) he has played in London as headliner of one of the biggest warehouse parties, and at "New X Inn". No wonder he was called the new "Wunderkind" ;-)

In 2008 he released "The Kids want Maximal" through the internet, and he also made a remix of Outlander "Vamp". This last one, caused a lot of attention from big DJs and radio stations worldwide. He also did a few remixes...

Shall we skip 1 year?

Today, this man is working for Warner Music, has releases on Etage Noir, Street Beats, Kinetika, and owns a label called Dirty Disco Tracks. Not impressed yet? Well, on 2 febr 2010 he's gonna release "OFF" for ... DIM MAK!

Please, if a DJ drops this one, crash the party!

Talking about getting big in only 1 year? His tracks are supported by: The Bloody Beetroots, Steve Aoki, Gigi Barocco, Mustard Pimp, Fukkk Offf, Boys Noize, Fake Blood, Ed Banger DJs, Malente, ... and he did remixes for: The Bloody Beetroots, Deadmau5, Crookers, Faithless, Daft Punk, The Prodigy, Agnes Carlsson (Warner), Scanners (DIM MAK), Sharam Jey (King Kong), Fukkk Offf (Coco Machete), Leopold Gregori (Great Stuff), Streeflife DJs (Street Beats), Milke (Gulp) and many many more!

And what I like the most: He's doing his own thing, and he doesn't believe the fidget or the beetroots hype.

If you guys wanna have more, check this out: Dirty Disco Youth's Mediafirelist

MITSUBITCHI!!!!!!!!

I just stumbled upon this bunch of tracks and remixes, and I was immediately blown away by one of them. MITSUBITCHI!

The Subs. I don't like their live shows, but they produce such mindblowing tracks! I fell immediately in love with their latest track, and I'm absolutely sure you will too! I can't really tell what makes this song so incredibly awesome, you'll just have to listen to it yourself.

The Subs - Mitsubitchi

Oh yeah, I found some other stuff aswell, but everything sounded just so dull after "mitsubitchi", I'm not really enthousiastic about anything anymore. But anyway, here are some tracks from the "pre-mitsubitchi" era, if you ever grow tired of it, you can check those songs too. They're ok.

Hostage - I get high
Johnny Moog - Fantastic lover (Kingdom remix)
Kid Cudi - Pursuit of happiness (Steve Aoki remix)

Just one more time: MITSUBITCHI!

Iron man!

Gtronic's "Iron man" Ep is out now on Bmkltsch records! With remixes from Stereoheroes, Hostage and Ebokai. Now it's finally available on beatport!

Disco villains say: Ice Ice Baby!

A fresh Disco Villains tune, they remixed Vanilla's Ice classic "Ice Ice baby", typical Disco Villains stuff (= awesome). They might be coming to Europe around march/april, but they are still looking for some more gigs to get their flight costs completely covered. So if you want to see a fuckin' great party, give them some money so they can come over!

Vanilla Ice - Ice ice baby (Disco Villains remix)

Woohoow!
Just found a new Trumpdisco track, so I thought it was my duty to give it to you guys!

Phoenix - 1901 (Trumpdisco vs Violate)

Soundboysrock are a french duo from Troyes, who made a cool remix for Todd Terry and Tara Mcdonald's track "play on". Since it's an electro remix, they made it more ravey, with a great build-up and some high noises in the background. Got me jumping from the first time I heard it, something that's not so easy since I've been listening to so much electro music lately.

Todd Terry feat Tara mcdonald - Play on (soundboysrock remix)

Monday 14 December 2009

Trash, anybody?

Bronstibock (Peter Rutten and Sanne Groeneveld) is an Amsterdam based dj-duo, and they are making distorted, noisy, screeching electro. Just the way I like it! With a couple of releases on the Basserk record label, they have caught our attention. The Aux Raus remix for "The brick is in the air" really got me jumping, and the other 2 songs I'm giving you are bangers aswell. Black and Decker' electro at its best!

Bronstibock - The brick is in the air (Aux Raus remix)
Bronstibock - Levi
Tanzkonsol - she left me (Bronstibock remix)

P2t! At the time of my first post about them, they had released just a couple of songs, and they weren't noticed by the crowd. Now, they'll release their remix for The Killer Rabbits on D.E.N.S records, and their tracks got featured on a couple of blogs. And their sound just keeps on getting better! This last one has some funny vocals in it, I can really see them getting big!

P2t - I kill you

Why do Italians always do it better?!?

Gigi Barocco is one of the many extremely good Italian producers of the moment. He has a sound which is slightly different from his countrymen like Congorock, Blatta & Inesha, Crookers,... He gives his song a funny touch, a side of his personality that can also be seen in his live appearance: In a fluo green bathrobe, a frog mask and most of the time drunk as hell. His track Puah got played by big guns everywhere around the globe, and it kickstarted his dj-career. Now he's playing at party's all over Europe, so if he's around, go and have a look! Here are his latest 2 banging tracks, an original and his remix for Will Bailey's "hustlin and scratchin".

Gigi Barocco - the Rhythm
Will Bailey - Hustlin and Scratchin (Gigi Barocco remix)

And his most recent episode in his mixing series "pass the butter":

MIIIIIIIIIIGHTYYYYYFOOOOOOLS!

Mightyfools.
For an unknown reason, I haven't posted something about those 2 crazy Dutchmen... Let's start with their latest remix for Oh snap!, "Plus size model". They gave it their typical "mighty" touch, resulting in a speedy fidget song that I loved since the first time I heard it. Their older remix for Oh snap! which was given the name "I'm too fat be a hipster", has graced my ears for a solid 30 times, according to the statistics on my Ipod. Enough reasons to give you that one too!

Oh snap! - Plus size model (Mightyfools remix)
Oh snap! - I'm too fat to be a hipster (Mightyfools remix)

For the second part of my post, I was thinking about giving you my favourite Mightyfools records. But for a second I didn't realise what an immense ammount of bangers they have produced already, and choosing would be very painfull... So I'm just giving some of their most unknown tracks, for a complete archive of their tunes, check wizards are better.

Breakdown - Break the system (Mightyfools rmx)
Jackinori - Ba bada (Mightyfools remix)
Liam Vizzle - That banana track (Mightyfools remix)
De grote Donnie, Vinnie en Sjakie show - Koffee was up (mightyfools too much cafeine rmx)

So these tracks are only a fragment of their immense discography, and basically EVERY track they have made got me jumping. Their tracks are played by big names like Don Rimini, Sound of Stereo, Mightyfools, ... Wait! what? Yup, Mightyfools know how to turn the tables, so if you can catch them somewhere in your hood, don't hesitate and move your lazy ass to the party!

MIGHTYFOOLS!

Belgian pride!

The Disco Villains! I remember hearing their "we are your friends" remix for the first time like it was yesterday. Their typical sound would never get out of my head again, thanx to other great remixes they made for 50 cent, Ace of Base, Technotronic, N.E.R.D.,... And now they refixed a song for one of Belgiums new big dj-duo, Soda 'n' Suds. Their "Fuck House" ep has been featured some days ago on this blog, if you didn't got your hands on it, go do it right now! The Disco Villains remixed their "we do it again" track, download here:

Soda 'n' Suds - We do it again (Disco Villains remix)
Soda 'n' Suds - How we like it mixtape
Buy the ep on beatport

The Oddword (Antwerp based duo from Belgium)is saying hello to the new decade with their latest track, called "hello goodbye". The videoclip is showing some black people dancing real cool, wish I could dance like them! The original is a song by Jeanette, called porque te vas. This is no straight-forward electro, it has a lot of funk influences, but I'm still loving it! Give em some love when you catch them playing somewhere!

The Oddword - Hello Goodbye

The Fin with the beard!

I talked a lot about Huoratron (real name Aku Raski) recently, so I thought it was time to give him some love in a post dedicated to him.
First, this guy knows how to throw a party! He's partying like crazy when he's behind his decks, and the public sometimes looks scared when they see him performing his "claw-move", or one of his other crazy gestures.
Second, he looks like a typical doorkeeper, who can punch you K.O. in one single hit.
Third, he has a beard. That makes him even more scary...
Last: the combination of the previous characteristics makes him a great entertainer, if you're not afraid to get sweaty!

Huoratron - Corporate Occult Live @ Flow Festival 09 from XPLOITEC on Vimeo.

Now you know what I'm talking about! Here are some tracks, all pure bangers!

Huoratron - $$ troopers
Huoratron - prevenge
Mixhell - highly explicit (Huoratron remix)
(in my post about Mustard Pimp's Omgitm! mix, you find a download link for corporate occult, his latest track)

Something a little softer now, Rubix, a guy from the Netherlands. His disco/electro tracks have been played by big guns like Laidback Luke, Radioclit, Kissy Sell Out,... He sounds a bit like "French touch" dj's like Daft Punk and stuff.

Rubix - Baiser sur la disco (Rubix refix)
C-code - Burning up in here (Rubix remix)
Rubix - Disco pour les enfants mixtape

Enjoy!

More slaying the bass!

Sharkslayer and Harvard Bass... They just continue to amaze! I already did a few posts about them, but I thought that these songs were good enough to give them another post.

Nouveau Yourican - Boriqua (Harvard Bass remix)
Orgasmic - The sixpack anthem (Harvard Bass remix)
Mom & Dad - the Whole Sh'bang (Harvard Bass remix)
Sharkslayer - Critters
Renaissance man - Spraycan (Sharkslayer's Respect to Nassau mix)

Serial chillers (a Flemish duo) remixed a song by Canadian hip-hop artist Drake, and I really like it! This could become a real club-hit, thanx to the support Kanye West gave the original.

Drake - Forever (serial chillers drop the remix)

Have you been a good boy???

Tomorrow (6 december, St. Nicholas' bithday), all the well-behaved kids get their annual deal of candy and toys, but since you guys have been so nasty (downloading all those songs whithout paying, you should be ashamed!), you get absolutely nothing! So, no toys, no candy, no chocolate,...
Nah, just joking! and to prove it, I've got this for you:

WARP 1977 - BLOODY BEETROOTS XMAS VENDETTA: SPARES OF ROMBORAMA OUT ON DECEMBER 8! from An Overdose Of Awesomeness on Vimeo.

Bobermann (probably better known to you guys as Sir Bob Cornelius Rifo from the Bloody Beetroots) remixed the Bloody Beetroots song "warp 1.9". I see you thinking: he remixed a song from his own? Yes he did, but this time Tommy Tea (other half of Bloody Beetroots) has nothing to do with it. The song will be released on "Christmas Vendetta, Spares of Romborama", coming out 8th of december.

Steve Aoki & Bobermann - Warp 1977

Mustard pimp had the honour to make the next "Oh my god it's techno music!" mixtape (number 19 already). Other famous dj's who made a mix for this project are: Blatta&Inesha, Dirty Disco Youth, Sound of Stereo, Mightyfools, Malente,... Quality guaranteed!

Sawgood interview

Like I said in my previous post, Clément Mulot from Sawgood promised us an interview. With our crappy French, and his sucky English, this sure wasn't easy, but because music is a universal language, we managed to get some valuable information out of him.

So Clement, let's start with your latest track "Teenage blitz": how did you came up with the idea to make a track with A girl and a gun? Did you contacted her, or did she made the first move?

I heard her voice on myspace, and I loved it immediately! So I decided to make her a piece, and she made some vocals for it. Then she did a remix contest with these vocals, but I didn't participated on that one because Crux records would release them under contract.

What's your idea of a perfect party?

A room to relax, my friends, some beers, wodka, a metro, a taxi, 50000 watt's, a dj, a party room, and my girl. And you?

My perfect party is a dancefloor packed with partypeople, who are jumping, screaming, crowdsurfin',... And a dj who's partying like a fool. Talking about a fool, at Fight Klub in Brussels you were sharing the decks with Huoratron. What was it like?

It was amazing! I don't listen to tons of music, I just have a list with a dozen of artists which I'm really, really digging. Life would be hard without their imputs! Bands like Noisia, Spor, Huoratron, Kissy Sell Out, Dilemn, Proxy, No Money, … , just all those producers which created their own beautiful and immediately recognizable sound. So sharing the decks with huoratron was pretty awesome!

Kissy sell out played some of your tracks some months ago. How come he picked you? And are there some other big guns who played your tunes?

Ah, that's story is really cool! One day, Kissy (which really is one of my biggest idols) changed his myspace status. I commented something funny on that, and the next moment, he sent me an e-mail to say that he was really loving my music! If I gave him some 320-bpm versions, he would give me some support. Since then, he has helped me with every new song that I produce.
There are also some big dj's who have helped me, like Calvertron and Defunct!, who remixed my first Ep (called pompin'). Famous dj's who played my songs include: Bloody Beetroots, Blatta&Inesha, Mustard Pimp, Hostage,...

Impressive list! I hope that there will be loads of others who can be added to it after this ep! Do you have a favorite Belgian dj/producer?

Yeah, of course. I really love Chant of Victory and Mashed Paper Klub.

How do you start when making a new track?

Basically, I start with making a synth that sounds like I love it (a heavy and pumpin' bass), then I make a melody with that synth, and I finish it up with a rhythm. It's often very dirty and a bit messy, so I have to remodify everything. Then I put the things in who are still missing ( leads, fx, ghost drums), and I clean it up.

Do you prefer dj'ing or producing?

That’s a difficult one. I’m actually a real composition geek, I can’t get sleep without thinking about a fat beat or a cool riff. I also love to play for an audience, but I’m not a real dj. Sometimes I’m afraid that the people won’t like it, afraid to be too much in my own world. If I have the certainty that people love what I do, I might even be willing to compose live on stage!

Beer or something stronger?

Both, my friend… I always start and end with beer. That’s also the reason why I’m coming back to Belgium soon!

What are your future plans?

Oh man, I have loads, tons of plans! A lot of feats., with Stereoheroes, Blatta&Inesha, Calvertron and an unknown Russian dj. A lot of remixes will be coming your way soon, and I also have planned a release of my third Ep on Plasmapool.

Thnx man!

Bonus:

Sawgood's top 5 songs of the moment:

Ajapai - What do you hear
J.rabbit - Ninja Gaiden
September - Until I die (Feed Me remix)
Foreign Beggars and Noisia - Contact (Drum n Bass Mix)
Dj Antention - Behind a door (original mix)

Enjoy!

BLAU!

Laidback Luke and Lee mortimer made this smashing club-hit "Blau", that you could hear in sets of famous dj's everywhere, but it couldn't be found in non-ripped version untill now.
I'm giving you the original and the remixes that I like the most, the one from La riots and the two remixes from Doorly.

Laidback Luke & Lee Mortimer - Blau (Original)
Laidback Luke & Lee Mortimer - Blau (La Riots remix)
Laidback Luke & Lee Mortimer - Blau (Doorly remix)
Laidback Luke & Lee Mortimer - Blau (Doorly's dubstep remix)

Bonus:

I've really grown tired of Crookers and their typical sound, but this Bart B more remix is really awesome! The original track is a dubstep song, this one's more dancefloor friendly with a ticking clock in the beginning, and a fat beat to keep the crowd dancing.

Crookers ft. Kelis - No security (Bart B more remix)

Proxy's complete circle

Evgeny Pozharnov aka Proxy said in his interview with bunch.tv that he was a d&b man, and I thought he was joking, because his normal stuff is everything but drum&bass. This last remix he did for the prodigy changed my mind. There are indeed some typical d&b sounds in this remix, but his trademark, heavy, hard, electro that you know from tracks like "Raven", "Dancing in the dark", his remix for Digitalism's "Home zone" and all his other great tracks, stays intact. You could say that the circle is now complete: after seeing the Prodigy in 1997, Proxy knew that he wanted to make music. He know remixes his former heroes, and he also had the honour to open their shows in Russia.

In his interview with Dazed Digital he says that his noisy sound originates from the hard life he led in Russia, and that he can't imagine a life without his music. Very mysterious man, as Kissy Sell Out once said about him on bbc radio 1 during his "In new dj's we trust" radio show.

The prodigy - Invaders must die (Proxy remix)
Zombie Nation - Shottieville (Proxy remix) (oldie, but it didn't got the attention it deserved)

Diplo (one half of Major lazer, the other one is also known by the name of Switch) is still doing some sick stuff besides his co-project. Here he remixes Tom Stephan's "Turn that shit up", and it sounds very nice! Some "lazer-esque" sounds, which should be enough to give it some love. I'm also giving you the original, this one is more electro and disco orientated.

Get jacked by a Japanese and an Italian!

Shinichi Osawa & Nima Tahmasebi (Nt89) did a collaboration, which resulted in this banger called "Kyouki". Osawa normally makes electro tracks with some pop/rock influences, like his track "Star guitar" which has been a favorite from me ever since Dr. lektroluv played it at pukkelpop 2008. This track is more Nt89-like, with lots of hyperkinetic beats and bleeps.

Shinichi Osawa & Nt89 - Kyouki

Soda 'n' suds is the name of an electro project, existing out of Thibaud Dezyn and Mathieu Seynaeve. Their roots lay in Leuven, where they organise crazy parties under the name "Jacked". The central guest at the latest editions was Dj manaia, he played at the party in Leuven and in Kortrijk. Manaia also made a remix for their latest track called "fuck house", and both this remix and the original are pure bangers.

Soda 'n' suds - Fuck house (original)
Soda 'n' suds - Fuck house (Dj Manaia mashed up style remix)

Bonus:
Dj manaia played this remix from the imperial march (for those who didn't recognised the picture above: it's a song from Star Wars) at jacked. And because Star Wars is both nerdy and cool, you should give this shit a bit of your precious time.

Klipar - Imperial march

New Jacks

Nujax had releases on a couple of big record labels like Fools Gold (from A-trak), Ed banger (from... well, from the hype) and Mad decent (big names like Jack Beats and Diplo). Their tracks "Super duper fly" and "Zumbi"(original from Major Lazer) sounds like the typical wobbly bass from wobbly bass-master Jack Beats, but then a little distorted. The Nujax remix for "Shake it down" is the best I heard until now, with a nice drop, and maximum use of the vocals for the build-up. Their roots lay in Montreal, Canada.

Nujax - Super Duper Fly
Major Lazer - Zumbi (Nujax Remix)
Laidback Luke & A-trak - Shake It Down (Nujax Remix)

Mechanical resistance has sent us their new track "pedrolita" which is some decent, typical Mechanical stuff. Their Rammstein remix, in contrary, is something completely different. This sounds more like metal than an electro edit of a metal song, but it's still worth a look! The video is a recording from a Rammstein concert, with a lot of firework and other over the top stuff.

Momma's Cat

Some of you might have heard something about Mikix the cat, (a producer born in Paris and currently living in Berlin) who made tracks like "outlaw" (imagine a didgeridoo on beats and you get the idea) and "freeze". His tracks were featured in mixtape's from the belgian fidget masters Beatbouncers and Sound of stereo, and you should by now know that we adore Sound of Stereo. So this is a bit older already, but if you didn't got your hands on them, feel free to get em now!

Mikix The Cat - Outlaw
Mikix The Cat - Freeze

A few months ago, I found, on the good old findvoltorbcatchvoltorb, a track from a producer named Momma's Boy. Surprisingly, good old Mikix and Momma's boy is the same dude! Mike Gnacadja is his real name, and with his second alter ego, he seems to get even more attention than before. He has tracks released on the sound pellegrino label, the label to look out for in the future! His track "give it up" is, in my opinion, a true floorfiller, and his remix for hostage will definitely get the crowd movin' too!

Get your mind blown

Today I am introducing two different electro acts.

What do they have in common? They both got, highly unexpected, one of their banging tracks dropped by The Bloody Beetroots.

Let's start with our own Belgian DJ / Producer Gtronic, which has become pretty famous, after his destructive track Iron Man. (The Bloody Beetroots dropping it + Tommy Tea more than loving it.)

Pretty soon (December) the Iron Man EP will be released which will include different remixes. (Probably a Stereoheroes remix, a Hostage remix and a Boemklatsch remix.)

I am sharing the remix (edit) Gtronic did for Dutch DJ / Producer Devnik. I think it hasn't got blogged up till now, so make sure you get this one.

Devnik - Concrete (Gtronic Party Edit)

Check out his myspace for his other new and upcoming stuff!

Second act is the Australian electro band "Trumpdisco".

The Bloody Beetroots started dropping their remix from Fatboy Slim's "Right Here, Right Now" this summer. It's one of their more catchy and let's say "commercial" remixes, but in my opinion it is a pretty solid track and it definitely made me going wild as hell when the Beetroots dropped it live.

I am really a huge fan of the tracks this guys are producing. Up till now, there is no Trumpisco original or remix which hasn't blew my mind of.

In this post I am sharing a minimix Trumpdisco made, including all their latest / upcoming originals and remixes. It is definitely more than worth your time!

Trumpdisco - Minimix

Tracklist:
1. Rammstein - Sonne (Trumpdisco Remix)
2. Trumpdisco - Bullshit
3. Trumpdisco - Dark
4. Phoenix - 1901 (Violate vs. Trumpdisco Remix)... Meer weergeven
5. Fatboy Slim - Right Here Right Now (Trumpdisco Remix)
6. Trumpdisco - Sonar
7. Marble Sharps - Side Effects (Trumpdisco Remix)
8. Trumpdisco - Hoax Strikes Again
9. P.O.L. Style - Vampire Killah (Trumpdisco Remix) [Nightshifters]
10. The White Electric - Into You (Trumpdisco Remix)
11. The Greenskeepers - Planet (Trumpdisco Remix) [Brooklyn Fire]
12. Trumpdisco - Not Drowning, Raving
13. Gigi Barocco - Puah (Trumpdisco Remix)

Get it while it's hot!

Bonus: The Mould

The Proxy and his friend Polymorphic recently discovered Russian producer "The Mould". In an interview Proxy did for Bunch.TV he briefly told something about this guy. I searched some extra information, but that's pretty hard to find. I am posting the man's myspace because I haven't found any tracks from The Mould. (Yet!) Make sure you check this out, heavy, heavy Proxy-sounding shit! I guess we will hear more from this guy in the near future!

Bangin' Bangkok

Man, what a beautiful track is this! German producer Boris Dlugosch made this track Bangkok, and I'm surely not the only one who's loving it! Annie Mac from Bbc radio 1 gave this track some airplay during her show, and big guns like Boys Noize and Erol Alkan played this track a few times. The female oh's in this song give it a sexy touch, which makes it even better. Nuff said!

Boris Dlugosch - Bangkok (original mix)

Next up: Mechanical resistance, a producer and dj duo from toulouse in France. They play two times a week at the French internet-radio "paris one club", monday between 3 and 4 pm, and thursday between 9 and 10 am. What's even more important for us, they made some bangin' electro tracks! "Dancing fat" is a bit slower then "Stratchy brain", but I'm sure that they both have the power to get a crowd dancing.

Mechanical Resistance - dancing fat
Mechanical Resistance - stratchy brain
Crimewave - cauchemar (mechanical resistance remix)

The masters of Fidget!

They played at I Love Techno, Dour, Pukkelpop, Tomorrowland, 10DaysOff and many more big events. Yes, we are talking about world famous DJs, about 2 DJs whose tracks are supported by MSTRKRFT, The Bloody Beetroots, Crookers, DJ Manaia, Mightyfools, Tiga, ... Their names are Vincent De Boeck and Jochen Sablon and they live in the neighbourhood of Bruxelles. I now present you: SOUND OF STEREO!

Let's have a start: Their first track was Nic Nag, discovered by MTV Belgium and used for a radio commercial. And like that, they were first discovered by a Belgian radio station called Studio Brussel. Stijn Maris, one of the presenters of Studio Brussel still is their manager.

In november of 2008 they released their first EP - Zoopah Dupah - which included Supah Dupah, a track that changed the whole fidget scene all over the world! This one is played over 100 times each weekend in Belgium alone. No wonder Dr. Lektroluv was interested for releasing this track on his label.

Hmm, Here We Go Again, bla bla bla! Do you remember March 2, 2009? Yes, indeed! That was a monday. Like I care? But that stupid monday was the day they released their second EP called Heads Up! And they did it again, BOOOMM

Sound of Stereo also made a lot of remixes. But it's like 3am, I'm tired and my inspiration is gone, so just start downloading and get ready to blow up your speakers!

If you want more of their remixes, just google it yourself! Because the time has come to go over to their last EP ZIPPER that'll be released November 23.
This EP includes 3 tracks: Zipper, Velcro & Button. Here's a preview:

And this is why I call them world's best fidget producers of the moment!

Next year they'll also release a full album. I don't know the tracklist, and I even don't know if these tracks'll be on the album. But here are some previews of new tracks coming out soon.

Dr. Lektroluv dropping Chewbox at DOUR Festival 2009. This track is coming out in February 2010.

Another destroyer that is coming soon is Jungle Rumble!

And oh, just that you know it: There's no guarantee on blown up speakers!
